This amenity is managed by the Tobermory Beach Committee.
The beach is being improved thanks to very generous donations by a former resident of Tobermory, Jimmy(James) Wright.
A beach cleaning machine was purchased in 2005 with further financial assistance from Argyll & the Islands Enterprise and a full programme of beach cleaning, removal of stones and the addtion of new sand is now going on.
